Mediation has become an increasingly effective tool for alternative dispute resolution of workers’ compensation cases. The process of mediation affords all parties an opportunity to have a neutral mediator evaluate their claims and defenses and guide them to a mutually satisfactory resolution.
David N. Larson serves as a private mediator in Minnesota or Wisconsin workers’ compensation matters. Mr. Larson has practiced exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation for over 35 years and has taken hundreds of cases through hearing. He has completed the MN State Bar Association/CLE Certified Civil Mediation training and has an AV Martindale Hubbell rating.
A mediation can be held at Fitch Johnson Larson’s Roseville, Minnesota offices. Our mediators are also willing to travel throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin.
